Five small jobs turn an empty account into an office you can book from. Do them once, in this order. Sign-up is not open yet, so this lesson shows the screens as they are built today.

Names in bold are the words on the screen.
On the log in screen press Start a new company. Fill Company name, City, Your name, Email and Password (8 or more characters). Referral code (optional) can stay blank. Press Create company. You are now the owner, and the owner can open every app.
The portal opens on Home, on a list called Needs you. It counts the things waiting for somebody, app by app. On the first day it says "Nothing needs you right now."
Open Invoicing in the Money group and go to the box Printed on your invoices. Type Address, GSTIN, Phone and, if you want it on the invoice, UPI ID for payments (optional). Press Save. Only the owner can change these four boxes.
Open Team & Payroll. The first tab is People and logins. Press Add person and fill Name, Email (their login), Role, Branch and First password (8 or more characters). Under Apps they can open tick only what that person needs, then press Add person. At least one app must be ticked.
Press + New at the top of any screen and choose New customer. Fill Name, Type (Walk-in, Business account or Partner), Phone (with country code), City, GSTIN (optional) and Credit limit ₹ (0 = none). The customer now shows in Customers with shipments, dues and the limit in one row.
In People and logins each person has Apps, Reset password and Switch off. A reset shows a one-time password once, and the person must pick a new one at the next log in. Switch off also logs that person out.
Manager, frontdesk, ratedesk, accounts, floor and viewer. The role is a label. What a person can open is decided by the apps you tick.
Not from Add person. Riders get theirs from Pickups & Riders, under "Rider app logins". Lesson 4 shows it.
The owner presses Reset password in People and logins. The portal shows a one-time password, the person is logged out everywhere, and must set a new password at the next log in.
Not yet. The portal is being prepared for launch. The sign-up page always shows whether it is open.
