A job is Air, Sea LCL or Sea FCL, with a customer, a route, ETD, ETA and the amount you type. It moves through seven stages from Enquiry to Billed. Each mode has its own list of papers, and each paper is ticked when it is in hand.
Each lead carries its lane, what it could be worth a month, where it came from and the next follow-up date. A lead cannot be marked lost without a reason. A lead marked won becomes a customer, once.
Business accounts with GSTIN and a credit limit. The KYC vault in Export Desk adds IEC, AD code and the date of the authorisation letter.
Samples and small commercial lots often go by courier, not as freight. Export Desk checks the sender's KYC and each item, then prints the invoice, packing list, CSB data sheet and authorisation letter for your authorised courier to file.
When cargo arrives damaged or short, the claim file records how it travelled and the delivery date, and counts the days left to give notice: 14 for air, 7 for road, 3 for sea verify. The notice letter is drafted for you to send from your own email.
