An owner with three or ten vehicles usually knows the freight by heart and guesses the rest: how much cash the drivers are holding, which trip lost money, whose insurance ends this month. Logi Bundals answers those from entries the office already makes. It is office software. It does not track trucks on a map.
Screens on this page show the demo company, Sahyadri Express Couriers, Pune.
Each vehicle has its registration number, its type and three dates: insurance, fitness and PUC. Papers ending within 30 days are listed with the nearest date first, and Home counts them.
One form makes the LR. The top of the screen then shows trips running, the month's freight and the balance still to come.
An advance typed on the LR lands in that driver's ledger by itself. Spends and cash returned are added against the trip.
Freight less any deduction, less diesel, toll, driver and other costs. See it by trip, by vehicle or by route for a month, with the count of trips that lost money and diesel as a share of freight.
Balance freight sits in four age bands, from this week to over 30 days, with the count of delivered trips that have no POD back.
Hours left on every running trip's e-way bill, worked out at one day per 200 km verify. Your office extends the bill on the government portal and records the new end date here.
Sahyadri Express Couriers is a courier office that runs three small vehicles, not a trucking company. These are its own trips. The sums are done the same way for a fleet of heavy trucks.
Nobody fills in a profit sheet. The three cards are sums of what the office types while doing the day's work.
The fourth line is the one owners like. A FASTag or fuel-card statement is pasted in, and each line goes to the trip that vehicle was on that day. A line with no matching trip is kept aside to place by hand or drop.
Yes. It is built for an office that sends a few of its own vehicles and keeps the paperwork by hand today. A large fleet that needs route planning needs a different kind of system.
A trip needs a vehicle from your list, so you would add the hired truck's number to the list. The product then treats it like your own. It has no account for the truck's owner and no hire charge field of its own.
Lines of date, vehicle number, amount and place, separated by commas or tabs, up to 2,000 lines at a time. Header rows and broken lines are skipped. A line pasted a second time is not counted twice.
Yes. Each login gets its own list of apps. A login with only Trip profit opens that app and nothing else.
It is the same set of apps. The transport management software page follows one trip from LR to payment. This page shows what the owner reads at the end of the day.
