A booking agent has the customers and the counter, and buys the carrier space from a consolidator or wholesaler. The margin is thin, so one old rate or one forgotten fuel charge eats a week of it. Logi Bundals puts every supplier's price on one screen and adds your cut the same way each time.
Screens on this page show the demo company, Sahyadri Express Couriers, Pune.
The demo company is this kind of office. It holds its own carrier sheets and also books into a consolidator in Mumbai.
Add each supplier and paste its sheet, or upload it as .xlsx or .csv: country, price per kg, transit days. The price is the supplier's rate, plus its fuel percentage, plus your cut with a minimum, plus GST. A jump of more than 15% in a new sheet is pointed out when you load it.
If your consolidator is on Logi Bundals, type their partner code. Once they accept, their selling price shows in your quotes as your cost, read each time you quote. Your booking lands in their check-in queue and their tracking comes back to your shipment.
Pick the country and the weight. Every supplier with a usable sheet is listed, cheapest first, with its transit days. Booking makes the AWB and the invoice together.
The agent meets the sender, so the agent collects the KYC. Export Desk checks the sender's papers and each item, then prints the invoice, packing list, data sheet and authorisation letter.
Parcels with a query, or with no update for 3 days, come first. Updates from a linked consolidator arrive by themselves. For other suppliers, staff type the status.
Switch on a public page with your headline, phone number and colour. A visitor gets up to three prices for a country and weight, and can track an AWB. Lines the portal writes about a carrier, a consolidator or a vehicle are replaced with plain words first.
Unpaid invoices are grouped by customer and by age. A business customer whose dues would cross the credit limit cannot be booked until an invoice is marked paid.
These lines are the demo company's own rows. Notice what is missing from the day: no rate sheet opened in Excel, no booking sent to the wholesaler as a photo, no tracking number copied by hand.
Yes, with more typing. Add the wholesaler as a vendor and load their rate sheet. What you lose is the link: you place the booking with them your usual way and type their status updates yourself.
Not from Logi Bundals. Lines the portal itself writes about a carrier, a partner or a vehicle are replaced with plain words on the public tracking page. A note your own staff type is shown as typed, so keep carrier names out of those.
Only if you give them a money app. A login without Rates, Invoicing, Collections or Owner's View gets the customer's price with the cost and your cut removed by the server.
Yes. Each link is separate, with its own credit limit set by that consolidator. Both show in your quotes beside your own sheets.
