Logi Bundals › Transport management software

Transport management software for small Indian transporters.

The Transporter pack in Logi Bundals follows a truck trip the way the office does: make the LR, send the truck, get the signed POD back, bill, collect the balance, settle the driver and see what the trip earned.

Screens on this page show the demo company, Sahyadri Express Couriers, Pune.

The order is fixed

No bill before the POD. No "paid" before the bill.

Balance freight is lost when the signed LR never comes back. The portal refuses to skip a step, for every login including the owner.

  1. Trips & LR

Consignor, consignee, goods, freight, advance received, advance to the driver, km and the e-way bill number go on one form. LR numbers run in order as LR-2289, LR-2290. The LR prints on one page.

  2. POD & Balance

Office staff add a photo of the signed LR, or tick that the paper has arrived. Only then can the bill be made. A deduction needs a reason. Balance freight is listed by how many days it has been waiting.

  3. Driver ledger

Advance given, money spent, cash returned, per driver. A spend entered here also lands in that trip's costs, so it is typed once.

  4. Trip profit

Freight minus diesel, toll, driver and other costs, by trip, by vehicle and by route. Paste a FASTag or fuel-card statement and each line goes to the trip that vehicle was on that day.

  5. Fleet

Each vehicle with its insurance, fitness and PUC dates, so an expiring paper is seen before the truck is sent.

Plainly

What this is, and what it is not.

This is the office side of transport for a small fleet. It is not a full TMS for a large carrier.

It does
  • LR entry and print, numbered in order
  • POD photo or paper, added by office staff
  • Bill after POD, payment after bill, deductions with a reason
  • Driver advances, spends and returns
  • Profit per trip, vehicle and route
  • FASTag and fuel statements pasted in and matched to trips
  • E-way bill end date and hours left for each trip
It does not
  • Track trucks by GPS
  • Give drivers an app. There is no driver app
  • Make, extend or cancel e-way bills. Your office does that on the government portal
  • Fetch FASTag or fuel-card statements by itself. You paste them
  • Find loads or run a freight marketplace

Questions transporters ask

How many trucks is this meant for?

It is built around an office that sends its own trucks or a few hired ones and keeps the paperwork by hand today. A large fleet with route planning and GPS needs a different kind of system.

Does the driver need a smartphone?

No. Office staff add the POD photo in the portal, or tick that the signed paper has arrived.

How is the e-way bill date worked out?

The portal counts one day for every 200 km from the day the bill was made verify, and shows the hours left. It is a starting value. Check the current rule with your CA.

Can a courier office use the transport apps too?

Yes. They are apps in the same portal, under the Transport group, next to the courier apps.

Run your office on it this week.

Unlimited usage. Prices are coming soon. No setup fee.
