Cash goes missing between the door and the drawer. Here COD and pickup cash are written under the rider's name at the moment the job is marked done, and the day is closed once against the counted cash.

Open Delivery and press Add delivery. Fill Parcel number, Receiver, Address and Phone, choose the Rider and type COD to collect ₹. The parcel shows as Out.
In the office press Delivered and type who received it. On the phone the rider presses Delivered, types the name and presses Confirm delivery. If the parcel had COD, the amount is added to Cash Hub under that rider's name.
Choose a reason under Failed…: Not at home, Wrong address, Refused, Refused COD, Phone unreachable or Other. Later, Try again today puts the parcel back out and the attempt count goes up by one.
Open Cash Hub. The top row shows Cash in today, Cash out today, Should be in the drawer and Last day close. Below are Today's ledger and From riders today.
Press Add entry, or + New and Cash entry. Choose the Direction (Cash in or Cash out), type Amount ₹ and a Note, and fill Rider (if from a rider) when a rider hands money in.
In the box Close the day type Cash counted in the drawer ₹ and press Close day. The message shows the difference. After closing, no more entries can be added for today.
No. A day is closed once. Anything that turns up later is typed the next day, with a note saying which day it belongs to.
No. The counted cash must be a number, so a blank count is refused.
No. Cash Hub is the cash drawer only. A payment by UPI, bank or card is recorded on the invoice in Invoicing, with the mode.
Anyone with the Cash Hub app sees it on the screen. Every close is also written to the owner's edit log with the expected and the counted amount.
