A pickup board on paper cannot tell you whether the rider reached. In Logi Bundals every pickup has a rider, a time and a 4-digit PIN that only the customer holds, and the rider works from a page on his own phone.
Screens on this page show the demo company, Sahyadri Express Couriers, Pune.
The office works on the board. The rider works on a page in his phone's browser, with his own login.
A pickup is saved with the customer, address, time, cash to collect and a note. It waits under "Not assigned" until a rider is chosen. The top of the screen counts pickups today, picked, cash still to collect and those missed earlier.
Saving a pickup shows a 4-digit PIN once. The office gives it to the customer. The rider must type it to confirm the pickup. Five wrong tries lock that pickup for 15 minutes.
Deliveries are added with a rider and any COD. The rider marks each one delivered with the receiver's name, or failed with one of six reasons such as "Not at home" or "Refused COD".
Cash from a confirmed pickup and COD from a delivery are written under the rider's name. The rider page shows him the cash he is holding.
From the same page the rider sends a claim: fuel, parking, toll or other, with the amount and the km. A fuel claim above 80 km in a day is flagged. The person who entered a claim cannot approve it, unless that person is the owner.
The rider page lists his pickups and his deliveries for the day, with the address, a link to call the customer and a link to open the address in a map. He cannot see other riders, prices or customers.
It needs no install. The owner gives the rider a login from "Rider app logins", with a one-time password that the rider changes at first use.
The page saves the rider's location at three moments only: when he presses "Start my day", and when he confirms a pickup or a delivery. The office reads the distance between those points when it checks a fuel claim.
A pickup that was not done yesterday shows as missed and can be moved to today with one button.
It is a board, a PIN and a phone page. It is not a route planner.
They need a phone with a browser. There is nothing to install: the rider opens the page and logs in.
The PIN is shown once, when the pickup is saved, and is not listed again, so pass it on at that moment. The screens today have no button to show it a second time.
Yes. Both lists are on the same phone page, and the cash from both adds up under his name.
The product sets no limit on the number of riders.
