Logi Bundals › Courier software for small business

Courier software for small business: five people, one screen.

Most courier software is built for networks with hundreds of branches. Logi Bundals is built for the office with an owner, a rate desk, one person on operations, one on accounts and a rider. Each of them opens only the apps they need.

Screens on this page show the demo company, Sahyadri Express Couriers, Pune.

Use four apps in the first week. Add the rest later.

Nobody needs 35 apps on day one. This is the order a new office follows.

  1. 1. Rates: add your vendors and one rate sheet

Add the carriers and wholesalers you buy from, then paste a sheet or upload it as .xlsx or .csv. Set your cut and a minimum cut. From then on every price is worked out the same way, whoever is at the counter.

  2. 2. Customers: your regular senders

Walk-in senders and business accounts with GSTIN and a credit limit. Open a customer and you see their bookings, invoices and dues together.

  3. 3. Quotes & Booking: quote and book in one place

Pick the country and weight. The portal lists the price for each vendor with a fresh sheet. Booking makes the AWB and the invoice together.

  4. 4. Cash Hub: close the day every evening

Enter cash in and cash out as it happens, including what each rider is holding. Close the day with a counted figure. The owner sees it without asking.

Small office, real controls

The safety a small office usually goes without.

A small office runs on trust and a shared password. That works until a rider leaves or a cash day does not match. These controls are in the product from the first login.

Enforced by the server, not by a reminder
  • A new or reset login gets a one-time password. Nothing works until it is changed.
  • Ten wrong passwords for one email in ten minutes locks that login.
  • Every change is written to an edit log that cannot be altered afterwards.
  • Cost, your cut and carrier names reach only logins that have a money app.
  • Each company has its own database file. One company can never read another.

Questions small offices ask

We are three people. Is this too much software?

You use only the apps you switch on for each login. A three-person office can run on Rates, Customers, Quotes & Booking and Cash Hub and never open the rest.

Is there anything to download or install?

No. There is no download for PC and no store app. The portal opens in a browser on a computer or a phone.

Can I bring my rate sheet from Excel?

Yes. Paste it or upload an .xlsx or .csv file. The simple layout is country, price per kg and transit days. A price jump of more than 15% is named in a message when the sheet is loaded, so a person can check it. The new price is used at once.

Where are the prices?

Prices are coming soon. Unlimited usage, no per user charge, no per client charge, no setup fee. See the pricing page.
