The Transporter pack in Logi Bundals follows a truck trip the way the office does: make the LR, send the truck, get the signed POD back, bill, collect the balance, settle the driver and see what the trip earned.
Screens on this page show the demo company, Sahyadri Express Couriers, Pune.
Balance freight is lost when the signed LR never comes back. The portal refuses to skip a step, for every login including the owner.
Consignor, consignee, goods, freight, advance received, advance to the driver, km and the e-way bill number go on one form. LR numbers run in order as LR-2289, LR-2290. The LR prints on one page.
Office staff add a photo of the signed LR, or tick that the paper has arrived. Only then can the bill be made. A deduction needs a reason. Balance freight is listed by how many days it has been waiting.
Advance given, money spent, cash returned, per driver. A spend entered here also lands in that trip's costs, so it is typed once.
Freight minus diesel, toll, driver and other costs, by trip, by vehicle and by route. Paste a FASTag or fuel-card statement and each line goes to the trip that vehicle was on that day.
Each vehicle with its insurance, fitness and PUC dates, so an expiring paper is seen before the truck is sent.
This is the office side of transport for a small fleet. It is not a full TMS for a large carrier.
It is built around an office that sends its own trucks or a few hired ones and keeps the paperwork by hand today. A large fleet with route planning and GPS needs a different kind of system.
No. Office staff add the POD photo in the portal, or tick that the signed paper has arrived.
The portal counts one day for every 200 km from the day the bill was made verify, and shows the hours left. It is a starting value. Check the current rule with your CA.
