A franchise counter books on the software its courier brand gives it. Everything else is yours to run: the delivery sheet, the pickups, the riders, the cash drawer and the salaries. Logi Bundals is office software for that part of the day.
Screens on this page show the demo company, Sahyadri Express Couriers, Pune.
The portal has 35 apps. A franchise counter with a few riders needs these six.
Type the parcel number, receiver, address and any COD amount, and give the parcel to a rider. He marks it delivered with the receiver's name, or failed with one of six reasons such as "Refused COD". A failed parcel can go back on a run, and the attempt count goes up.
Each pickup gets a 4-digit PIN for the customer. The rider sees only his own pickups on a phone page and needs that PIN to confirm. Five wrong tries lock the pickup for 15 minutes.
COD and pickup cash are written here against the rider's name when he marks the job done. Counter cash in and out is typed as it happens. The day is closed once against the counted cash, and a closed day takes no more entries.
A staff list with monthly salary. Each day is marked present, half day, leave or absent. The month's sheet shows paid days, adds approved claims and takes off advances. Once a month is paid, its attendance cannot be changed.
Fuel, parking and toll claims per person. A fuel claim above 80 km in a day is flagged. The person who entered a claim cannot approve it, unless that person is the owner.
Many counters also sell international courier through a wholesaler. Load that wholesaler's rate sheet and quote from it. Booking makes the AWB number and the invoice together.
One day's work in the order it happens. Each line is done in one app, and the owner can read all of it in the evening without phoning anyone.
Home shows what still needs somebody: pickups with no rider, failed deliveries, claims to approve and a day not closed yet.
Sahyadri Express Couriers is an export courier office, not a franchise counter. These are its own delivery, pickup and cash rows. A franchise counter uses the same screens for its own parcels.
Logi Bundals has no connection to any courier brand's franchise software. Read the second list before the first.
No. Your brand's software still makes the docket and the tracking. Logi Bundals runs the counter's own work: deliveries, pickups, riders, cash and staff.
Yes, in the Delivery app. The parcel number is a field you type, so it can be the docket number on your sheet. It is kept as text and is not looked up anywhere.
When a COD parcel is marked delivered, the amount is added to Cash Hub under that rider's name, as long as the day is still open. If the day is already closed, it is not added, and staff enter it the next morning.
No. A rider opens a page in the phone's browser with his own login. It shows only his pickups and deliveries for the day.
Not yet. The portal is being prepared for launch. The sign-up page and the demo page always show whether they are open.
