Logi Bundals prints the LR and keeps every e-way bill's end date in front of the office. It does not make or extend e-way bills. Your office does that on the government portal, and records the new date here.
Screens on this page show the demo company, Sahyadri Express Couriers, Pune.
LR means lorry receipt, the consignment note a transporter gives for the goods it carries. In Logi Bundals it is one form: consignor, consignee, goods, freight, advance received, advance to the driver, distance and the e-way bill number.
LR numbers run in order. An LR that is refused, because a field is missing, does not use up a number, so the book has no gaps.
The same LR then carries the trip: delivered, POD back, billed, paid.
The government e-way bill system has its own login for your GSTIN. Logi Bundals has no connection to it today, and says so.
A direct e-way bill connection needs a licensed GST partner (GSP). In the product's Connect app it is listed as "Not yet". Validity days, the extension window and every penalty figure shown in the product are starting values marked "verify". Confirm them with your CA.
Every running trip with its bill number and hours left. A login that has only this app does not see freight amounts or the consignor's phone number.
Bill only after the signed LR is back. Balance = freight − advance received − deduction.
Diesel, toll and driver costs against the LR's freight.
No. You generate it on the government e-way bill portal with your own login and type the number on the LR. Logi Bundals then tracks its end date.
No. It tells you when the extension window is open. You extend on the government portal and record the new end date in Logi Bundals.
There is nothing to download. The portal opens in a browser. LRs print from the browser on plain paper.
That depends on GST rules for the goods, the value and the distance. Logi Bundals does not decide it. Ask your CA.
Logi Bundals is one portal of 35 apps. These pages show the parts other offices ask about first.
