A pickup is done when the customer says so, not when the rider says so. Each pickup gets a 4-digit PIN for the customer, and the rider needs it to confirm.

Open Pickups & Riders and press Add rider. Fill Name and Phone. Each rider gets a column on the board.
The owner presses Rider app logins, then Give a login beside the rider, and types the rider's email. A one-time password is shown once. The rider opens the rider page in the phone's browser and sets a password of his own.
Press New pickup. Choose the Customer, type the Pickup address and the Time, fill Cash to collect ₹ if money is due at the door, add a Note and press Save.
The screen Pickup saved shows a 4-digit PIN. Give it to the customer. It is shown only once and is not listed anywhere after that.
The pickup sits in the column Not assigned. Choose a name under Assign rider. The card moves to that rider's column, and Change rider stays available until it is picked.
On his phone the rider sees the customer, the address, links to call and to open a map, and the cash to collect. He presses Picked · enter PIN, types the customer's PIN and presses Confirm pickup. The office can press the same button on the board.
A pickup not done yesterday shows a red Missed mark with its date. Press Move to today and assign it again.
No. The rider page opens in the phone's browser with the rider's own login.
No. The pickup stays open until the right PIN is typed, by the rider or by the office.
When the pickup is confirmed, the amount is written in Cash Hub under that rider's name. If the day is already closed, the message says so and the office adds it the next day.
No. The rider's location is saved only when he starts his day and when he confirms a pickup or a delivery. The office uses those points to check fuel claims.
