Paste or upload each vendor's sheet as three columns: country, price per kg and days. Rates adds that vendor's fuel surcharge, your cut and GST, and every quote, API price and public page price uses the newest sheet.
Only countries in the new sheet change. A price that moved more than 15% is named in a message when you publish, so you can check it. The new price is in use at once.
The vendor's fuel surcharge, your cut and GST are worked out for each shipment. A minimum cut in rupees applies when the percentage comes to less.
